Baby & Me Acrobatics
In this class, we'll learn basic acrobatic movements as both you and your baby build confidence in this new way of playing together! We will build upon movement patterns becoming more acrobatic as we go.

About the event
This class will help your little one increase their proprioceptive skills (understanding where and how your body is moving in space), vestibular awareness (balance and coordination), and their love of movement. Benefits for you include a full body workout, the win win of self-care while parenting, meeting other movement-minded adults, and of course experiencing all of the giggles and smiles!
There will also be a lot of repeated verbal communication between the two of you in these classes, reinforcing movements with language learning. This is a unique opportunity to connect, play, and learn together!
