What class is right for me?
If you've never done acro, we highly recommend attending a few fundamentals classes before adding on any mixed levels classes.
Pre-requisites for mixed levels include thigh stand, star, transitions between basic poses (ie whale, throne, shin to foot).
Do you do any personal training?
We do! From handstands to acro to strength training to flexibility, we have you covered! Either book online or email us to find a time that works perfectly for you and tell us your specific goals!
What do I need to bring?
All you need is your body and excitement for trying something new! We recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing clothes that you can easily move in.
Do I need a partner for acro?
Nope! Most people who come to our classes come solo! Part of the fun of acro is getting to know new people and play with everyone in the class. We'll stretch individually and then group up.
How much does a class cost?
A class is $22. Two classes in one day is $36! Memberships and class packs substantially decrease the price of a class :) If this investment is a financial burden to you, please reach out; it is a priority for us to make acro accessible to everyone!
How do I buy a membership?
Find all of our memberships options here! We have unlimited, 10 classes/month as well as 7, 5, and 3 classes per month, too! Not ready for a monthly commitment, check out our 10 and 5 class packs!
Do I need to be flexbile?
Although flexibility can be helpful, it's absolutely not necessary; acro will help improve your mobility. Also, check out our flexibility and mobility classes for faster development!
