Service Description

Advanced: Build upon your intermediate knowledge of Acro poses and transitions. We'll combine poses, build higher, explore trio and group work, and delve deeper into performance and standing Acro. Sample class offerings: complex balance shapes, foot-to-hand and hand-to-hand, 4-step, barrel roll, swings, and standing dance lifts.
